Ivywild Pharmacy

Super long wait after my surgery and then they called and insisted I come back because their system crashed and they wanted me to pay again … I had to show them the charge on my actual credit card before they would let me leave. Extremely unprofessional. Will not go here anymore

I'm absolutely disgusted by customer service in the pharmacy. I called to get meds switched out of Walgreens because Walgreens is a nightmare. I've heard nothing but good things about this place. So I called this store to get meds switched over. I asked if they had the medicine in stock before switching over. Instead of the lady doing her job I get it's a Monday I have no idea what we have in stock. Isn't that your job! Figure it out. If you hate your job this much then get a new one.

I'm so happy to get my medicines from an amazing team! Shannon, Her Husband, Terry and Alicia are so wonderful and always has my meds ready unlike Walgreens or CVS. I like the hometown feel, not the Corporate feel. Plus they truly care for their customers! Thanks for being so AWESOME!!!

After using a big pharm after moving to the Springs, we decided that we were going to move our prescriptions to a smaller mom and pop pharmacy. Luckily, Ivy Wild was not far from our home. Shortly after we began going there, my husband was diagnosed with cancer. My husband also has diabetes Type 1. I cannot say enough good things about Ivy Wild, as they have always been there for us and going above and beyond each and every time. As you can imagine, my husband's bout with cancer, was a very difficult time for both of us, with a lot of visits to this establishment. Each and every time I went, I was met with nothing but smiles and great customer service. Yes, they are a small pharmacy; however, that is part of what makes them amazing and personal. I love this pharmacy so much! In the past a lot of my pharmacists wouldn't have the best attitudes, but whenever I call Ivywild (Or even go in person ) everyone is super sweet and they honestly make my day! I love this Pharmacy so much I would highly recommend it. :)
