Ivy Woods Healthcare Center

My son has been at Ivy for 10 years and I'm very pleased with his care. From the administrator, D.O.N., social worker, nurses, aides, therapists, kitchen staff, receptionist, laundry, housekeeping, activities, and who ever else I may have forgotten. They work hard and treat my son well. He loves them like family. Yes, I've made complaints, and I've always been satisfied with how things were settled. I think they do a great job!!

They take good care of my Mom. Always making sure she is clean and healthy! And the Staff is Friendly and Patient! I Thank you all deeply for your concern and kindness.

I was sent here on July 4th 2024 after being treated for acute back pain.y time here is a reminder of how staff treatment and attitude can affect the healing process. Every staff member I was exposed to was curious,kind and professional! To my pleasant surprise their attention, patience and encouragement motivated me to a faster recovery due to my efforts to not disappoint these amazing caregivers! I have to give an extra thanks to the occupational and physical therapy staff for all the above and beyond efforts on their part in getting me back on my feet! Thank you all!

The nurses aid on night shift are horrible, My Brother - n- law had to go to the bathroom & they told him that they were Not going to get him up out of bed & that he had a diaper on to go in that. He has fallen a few times because he would have to try to go to the bathroom himself.We go up there to see him several times a week the day shift nurses, the Aides, and all the personnel are all very nice & Friendly.

The staff here is wonderful. They put the needs of the residents first and they make sure they communicate any issues or concerns right away. They are proactive in the care of the residents and that's an A+ in my book.
