very kind and accommodating! I kept changing my appointment, but they were very flexible and reached out to me to make sure I was seen. My out of pocket cost was low, but ofc that depends your insurance. The providers and receptionists were very friendly and thorough. Clean, modern space. Excellent dentist :)

I know it might seem like I’m biased because of my name, but Sean was the best Dental Assistant I’ve ever had. Gave great advice, made sure I understood the ins and outs of their processes and explained things thoroughly, and was just a good guy all around. Shoutout Dr. Fatmi and the rest of the staff as well. Beautiful office, can’t wait for my next visit!

I was a bit disappointed with the lack of information provided to me upfront about which specialist is in network and which is not. I was told I needed an additional procedure done ( which im getting a second opinion on) and so a specialist was brought in after i accepted the consultation( but I was not told that she was not in network). The procedure she suggested ( which im still not sure i need given that i saw another specialist about 6 months ago who said I did not need additional procedures and was confused when I told her that my dentist said i did) would cost at least double what an in network specialist would cost, if not more. I’ll start by saying that Dr. Fatmi was very kind and my first experience here for my cleaning and X-rays was fine. However, I was then quoted nearly $10k in work that needed to be done. I did some of the work (about $2k worth) and the experience was awful. It was painful, I never had the same hygienists or assistants and they always seemed confused and the work itself was painful. I started to get skeptical about continuing with the other recommendations so I called to postpone my next appointment and was repeatedly told by the receptionist to be careful not to wait too long or more work may be necessary. It felt manipulative and I’m glad I ignored it. My mom worked as a hygienist for 30+ years so I shared my experience with her and she urged me to get a second opinion. A year+ later and

Dr Fatmi and Alexus are so kind! I needed to have some work done and it was my first time - they were patient, explained every step and made me feel completely cared for. Highly recommend!
