IV League

Catchy name, Ivy League ha ha. This place used to be really good. They were very efficient and pleasant. As of 2025 this infusion, Pharmacy has turned into a nightmare, a nightmare of incompetence, an uncaring staff, they can’t seem to get an order together to deliver it on time. The employees at Ivy League seem to think that the patient can go without their infusion for 24 hours and it’s no big deal even though the doctor ordered it two days ago. And then they’ll transfer you to another person and you have to repeat all of the same information again and again —-The next person that I talk to sounds like they’re in a hut in the middle of Alaska, or an igloo as you can hardly hear them like they’re talking on a remote toilet paper roll on a string. I have had nothing but excellent and attentive response from all staff at the IV League pharmacy. Such compassionate and empathic ppl. I know its their job and they're getting paid, but to treat me like I matter is above and beyond. I especially want to thank Pharmacists Cindy, Jason, Ronald and Justina. I also want to thank Noel in the Intake Department and Theresa, the lady who answers the phone with her sweet voice. Thank for you kindness, patience and support. I have learned about TPN and the importance of the formulation through this journey and I'm glad to have the IV League as my pharmacy.

Best compound pharmacy ever! They are very empathic, efficient, fast and accomodate to all of our needs. We are very lucky for being able to benefit from their services. Thank you Ivy League for taking such a good care of my spouse!

I love IV League. They have always delivered when they said they would. They always call confirm. There’s been a couple of times when we needed help with trouble shooting with the pump and no matter what time we call they always tell us what to do, then they call and make sure we don’t need any more help. Their staff is nice, friendly and professional.

All excuses no delivery of critical drugs following discharge from hospital. After more than 24 hours of moving promises, gave up and made arrangements elsewhere. IF YOU NEED YOUR MEDICINE AND IT'S IMPORTANT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
