IU Health Bloomington Retail Pharmacy

Most friendly, least packed, most knowledgeable pharmacy in Bloomington IMO. If you receive any type of care at the Hospital, it's a no-brainer to get your meds here.

Staff are always super helpful and kind. Meds are actually filled in a reasonable time whereas I wasn't getting that at my prior pharmacy. I like using the app too to check updates and I get refill reminders which is super helpful.

This pharmacy used to be great now it is awful. It takes forever to get prescriptions filled. The workers are rude even when the pharmacy is at fault. There is no protocol to when prescriptions are refilled. Sometimes they just do it. Other times I have to call and ask. My friend picks up my prescriptions and today he went to pick up and when he dropped it off something I needed was missing.i called yesterday to confirm what was ready and that scrip was included. I called today and was told it was put back because it was there ten days. They refilled it automatically so I had no idea it had been there that long. No accountability.

Adam and Crystal are so welcoming and always eager to help in any way that they can. They are so personable and treat you like family. I look forward to seeing them each time I am there and the laughs and conversations. Thank you.

It is a beautiful building, and I'm sure the staff is fantastic. One star due to the horrid layout. Good luck trying to figure out where you are going.
