It only took me one visit to quit going to this place. I found out about then through a colleague and I was having some issues with Western Dental, so I decided to go to Dr. Mendoza’s office. The receptionist was always very polite and willing to help, the hygienist did an amazing jog! However, when the Doctor came to the room, he didn’t even introduced himself, he was complaining about my previous x-rays and I explained to him I was working to get better ones. And O had already explained all this to the receptionist and she said it was fine. He just start looking at my teeth, told his assistant some numbers and notes for her to take. Then he left. As I checked out, I made sure I didn’t owe anything from that visit and Victoria said, no, your insurance covered today’s visit. And she had to

Dr. Mendoza's office was initially able to schedule me quickly for a first time visit. After completing my 2nd visit 6 months later, I can say that first impressions were true. His staff is courteous, the office is very clean, and the hygienist does a fantastic job and answers all of my questions. Dr. Mendoza works quickly and efficiently also answering my questions and offering advice and educating me on all of my options for care. I'm never waiting longer than 5 mins after check in to be seen and taken back. I recommended Dr. Mendoza to a colleague and his experience was positive too. I am happy to have a found a professional dentist and professional staff that are great to me.

I'm very disappointed to have to write this review. My teenage daughter and I have been going to iTooth Dentistry for over a few years now for the one simple fact that we LOVE our Dental Hygienist Stephanie. About 1 1/2 months ago I took my daughter in for her 6 month check-up. I saw Dr. Mendoza in the office while we were waiting for her to get called back (he even made eye contact with me a few times). Once we went back unbeknownst to us he had left for the day. She took her x-rays and her teeth were cleaned and we were told that Dr. Mendoza would call me the next day to discuss her x-rays because he had to leave for a personal reason. I was a little thrown off but of course understood that life comes up and he may have had to leave for a personal emergency, so I didn't think too much of

Our longtime dentist and friend retired last year, and my whole family switched over to iTooth. EVERYONE in the office was super nice and understanding. Today i had to get some fillings redone. I have some anxiety with being numbed. Dr. Mendoza was AMAZING and understanding and helped me through it (also his assistant). Again, great experience - esp after being with our last one for over 15 years! Cant recommend them enough!

Dr. Mendoza is the best. I had issues with my orthodontist care and he took time out of his busy day to reach out to my ortho. I am finally seeing progress thanks to him. I also get my dental cleaning with his office and Stephanie is amazing, friendly and caring. Overall great service and they dont try to push un necessary services on you. I was told I needed 4 crowns and after my visit with Dr. Mendoza it turns out I dont need any.
