I actually give them a -10 on a scale of 1-5. I will NEVER use a piece of medical equipment from them again. I had a car accident 2 years and the doctor I was seeing at the time ordered me to use a brace to help move along my therapy. It has been two years and they sent a bill that I didn't know I even had to a debt collector for $471. When I had the brace, I was charged $14 on a few occasions and paid those bills. Now fast forward two years later and you are telling me I owe over $400! This complete and total bull, and I will fight this because I don't owe you people anything!!!
