Dr. Jensen and Shanna have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I began my orthodontic journey about a year and a half ago with Dr. Bhatia, who was attentive and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the care she provided. Since transitioning to Dr. Jensen, I truly feel like I’m being guided to the finish line more quickly with my LightForce braces. Dr. Jensen is not only highly skilled but also a jokester with a great sense of humor, which makes every appointment enjoyable and puts you at ease. Shanna is friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. Together, they take the time to explain everything clearly and make each visit comfortable and stress-free. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and highly recommend this orthodontic team!

We love Dr Jenson. He was so personable, has great bed side manner and I feel very comfortable bringing my kids to him for care. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. The office staff is so quick to answer calls and help when we need a schedule change. I also love Dr Jenson’s approach on when to start braces. I always hated how other Drs wanted to rush me to start care when I didn’t feel comfortable with that. He is in total agreement with not starting care too early for us, unless my child was getting bullied which I also love that approach too. Overall it’s been such a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Bhatia and Shana at Island Orthodontics has been amazing during my Invisalign journey. From my very first consultation, I was very appreciative of the time Dr. Bhatia took to go over my questions and even her explanation on the best route I should take. She’s genuinely cares for her patients. You can definitely see and feel it. Shana is great and welcoming as well and the both of them work so well together. If you on Maui, I only suggest Island Orthodontics for your braces/invisalign needs. Thankful I made that choice :)

I really love Dr. Jensen. He is very attentive and patient, and he has made me feel comfortable and confident throughout my Invisalign journey so far. It’s not easy to find doctors like him who truly care. Shana, his (bilingual) assistant, is also wonderful! Super kind, helpful, and always happy to answer any questions. From the moment you walk in, the office has a great, positive vibe. I highly recommend them!

THE BEST! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Shanna is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about each patient, which makes every visit feel personal. Dr. Jensen is encouraging, easy to talk to, and creates an environment where you feel completely at ease. I also love that the office isn’t crowded. It has a small, cozy, and intimate feel that makes appointments calm and comfortable. My experience with them has been great so far and I’m looking forward to a successful journey ahead..
