I just left America’s Best in Mays Landing N.J, my daughter broke her glasses so I went to the store to order new ones. I called yesterday and spoke to Christine who works their she was so pleasant over the phone and even nicer in person. She helped me right away instead of waiting to get new glasses she made sure I left the store with new glasses for my daughter the same day. I really wasn’t expecting to leave same day with new glasses and the same pair I Originally bought that my daughter loves. Very hard to come across pleasantly nice workers now and days. Had such a great experience we will definitely be coming back often thank you Christine.

The staff here are terrible. The only thing worse is the doctor I went to. They do not listen or care. They just want to get as many patients through as quickly as possible. Every time I go it’s like the first time. No one remembers anything about me. Like at least read my chart. Oh and don’t try and call out of an appointment that will cost 65 dollars.

I had a problem with my insurance I came in person to the office for help Ms Fayonne and Ms Immacula from customer service went above and beyond to help me out . I've been coming to I&B more than 10 years I never feel discriminated I wouldn't change my doctor for anything

Dr. K is very caring with great bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and good to his patients. Unfortunately his staff is lacking. The office staff at Island Medical Associates is rude. You WILL sit in this office a minimum of 2 hours before being seen by a doctor. You will be ignored and spoken to as if you are bothering them. The patients with insurance are CLEARLY seen and checked in prior to those patients paying cash. Come early because even with a 10 o’clock appointment expect to be there until 1pm.
