Island Doctors

On every visit to Island Doctors I feel as if I am “part of the family”. I’m always greeted with a friendly welcome, usually have a wait period of under 5 minutes, and am shown back to a room professionally. The Doctors actually listen to my concerns and speak to me on my level of understanding. I have never had such a positive experience with any other medical facility in my life. They have set the standards too high for anyone else to meet and/or pass.

Jennifer is always nice and very knowledgeable. She listens well and explains everything. She's very down to earth and cares about what she's doing and her patients. The office staff is also very nice and easy to talk with and so courteous.😀🩷

I have been using Island Doctors for about 6 years now. I have been very pleased with them. They have always taken all I time I need and are willing to listen to me. The front office is great and very responsive.

I have always had a seamless visit at the Palencia office. The front staff is remarkable and determined to make things right when outside authorizations go array. The MA is a very caring young man and keeps me up to date on suggested procedures Humana requires. My Provider is awesome and she makes me feel so comfortable. Having a provider who listens is so important.

All of the team members are excellent here. From the front desk to the nurses and my wonderful Dr. Mathews! My heath has literally been turned around for the better since I started seeing these people. I couldn’t thank you enough.
