Everyone is so nice & pleasant to be around. Best of all Dr C takes necessary time to genuinely listen to her patients. We don’t feel like just numbers in this office. Thank you so much ladies!!!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I was forced to switch from commercial insurance to a Medicare Advantage HMO. While I still had my commercial PPO, I had already scheduled cardiology and ENT appointments; however, they were booked more than 30 days out. When my Medicare coverage began on October 1, 2025, I could no longer see my original PCP and had to establish care with a new primary doctor under my new insurance. My husband accompanies me to my appointments. He has leukemia and is immunocompromised due to an unsuccessful bone marrow transplant, requiring him to wear a mask for protection. Despite the fact that he was not a patient, doctors questioned his medical condition. When I explained his diagnosis, we were treated rudely and dismissively. His medical condition is

Everyone acknowledges you. I almost feels like going home. My blood pressure doesn’t even go up when I come to Island Doctors in Orange Park Dr. Conception listens to what I’m saying she doesn’t make me feel rushed. I can’t say enough good things about the place.

Everyone at this office has such a caring heart. Dr Concepcion is very smart and is on top of her game. Won’t go to anyone else.
