Registered in new Portal but have not been able to login to it. Notfied island doctors and was told someone would call to fix it. A week and a half later nothing. DR changed my prescription last Friday and was told to stop taking a present prescription but did not write it down. Called this morning, Monday, to find out which present prescription to stop, was put on hold. Recording kept ringing an extension and asked me do you still want to hold and I said yes. This went on for a minute then I was cut off. Hopefully when I get access to my account on the portal I won't need to keep calling with questions. Otherwise the Dr is excellent answering any question I have

This is the worst place ever for medical help. One doctor in particular will prescribe Eliquis for any aliment you have, but he doesn't tell you he prescribed it for you. He also reviews your medical record and will renew other prescriptions you have regardless of whether you need them or not. He doesn't tell you that either. In my opinion he is chasing a "cash transfer" program that rewards him for the number of Rx generated. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
