Each time my husband and I contacted Island Doctors, Lake City, the receptionist Matthew, has always been professional, friendly, and very efficient in scheduling and rescheduling our appointments. Thank you Matt and keep up the great work. Dottie and Borie Hudson

I've like the Island drs. The whole office is polite. And Mat at the sign in desk. Is very helpful, courteous. I think I'll keep them.

This location accepts Humana or Medicare only. Everyone is courteous and prompt, from the PCPs, to the MAs, to the office staff. There's definitely been some turnover, but its been for the better.

Male check-in clerk was very snippy and rude. Almost ACCUSED me of asking questions about their policies and procedures, like I already should have known them. Staff defended long wait times. I don't wanna hear it. My time is valuable. Book patients accordingly.

Do not recommend them. My dad has been waiting for approval for 2 MRIs that were requested by a neurologist since April 2024. The doctors only approved one. We had to get a second order for the original MRI from the neurologist and delivered it physically because the original was never approved when sent via fax. Now come to find out they're not approving it because he hasn't been seen by primary. Mt question now is: why did the primary office approve one and not the other since the original request? Why approve one and not the other, especially when a neurologist is concerned about a serious health condition?
