From my opinion on first visit for my husband and I, we were treated well, informative, many tests, blood pressure EKG, blood flo, breathing, etc. I was very impressed. The doctor, Dr. Francen, was professional but friendly and explained our next steps in becoming full patients there. I am pleased so far of our choice to move my primary care to Island Doctors.
The staff and medical team at Island Doctors are like my family. They are both professional and caring at the same time. They are extremely understanding of my needs as a patient, and I'm always greeted with a smile when I come in. Thanks Island Doctors!
Called for an appointment first question was if I had Insurance,,, I replied No !!!!! Kentley replies you have to have insurance to be seen by the staff ,,,, Sounds like Medicaid is there bread and butter . I have also called in a complaint to the State Attorney watch out!
The people there are great so is the Dr and very friendly and talk to and not snobby
You all are so nice to talk to and help everyone.thar comes in your place. IAM glad that I made the right decision to stay with you all.
