The office staff and medical staff are awesome. They listen and share their expertise with the care provided. Always making sure your health needs are captured during and after your visit. I love my medical care team at Island Doctors West.

I loved doctor Formosa but she retired in September and we really bonded and was so caring. But today I went in December 17th and I had nurse practitioner. Tiffany and I liked her and she was very knowledgeable so I only have good things to say about this practice. Also Jamie is very good and professional

All of the Staff Our friendly and professional. They have worked with me numerous times to get me the appointment when I need it and help me find Other providers and network when I need to see a specialist. I have had several physicians assistance and doctors at this location all of whom have been extremely helpful and who actually listen to what I say is the patient.

I like the care I am receiving. The staff is polite, and seem to care for your well being. The one thing that I didn't like was that my doctor retired and her patients were not informed .

They are always behind at least 30 to 40 mins. However, all staff are lovely. I was dissapointed that after 2 calls to the surgery no one called me back.
