Dr. Soh has been my primary care physician for over four years, and her care has been consistently thoughtful and comprehensive. She takes the time to understand the full picture rather than treating isolated symptoms, and she has helped me navigate numerous medical concerns with clarity, empathy, and thorough follow-up. I trust her clinical judgment deeply and value her proactive, patient-centered approach.

Dr. Soh is an angel on earth. Knowledgeable, thorough, and a great listener. She has given me great referrals and helped me control my chronic conditions and handle new ones. Very grateful to her and her team at Cedars Sinai.

Horrible. Something has clearly distracted her from her practice as she is non-responsive, never ever replies and/or facilitates refill requests leaving you without medication and is wholly indifferent and rude. Didn’t even know a specific medication required a script. Online reviews and Cigna reflect her concerning competency and shocking behavior. Seek care elsewhere if you want someone knowledgeable, responsive and invested in your wellbeing.

After you set an appointment months in advance, she will cancel a day or two before and you will have to reschedule again far in advance. She cancelled on me three times in a row this way over the course of several months, finally I gave up, as the scheduling issue was affecting my job and the lack of care was affecting my health. The last time I had a visit with her, in response to a form question about depression, I told her I had been having dark thoughts and she told me to “hang in there” and nothing more was said about it. She has had a couple reactions that can only be interpreted as disgust to my responses to her questions about gay stuff, disgust followed by avoidance. I have no doubt she is homophobic. Unprofessional & unreliable diagnosis. She requested that I show up on a Saturday (President’s Day), all the way from Arcadia. She w/o my consent, contacted my Emergency Contact Person & gave her alarming wrong diagnosis. This female Dr. is a biased person. She shouldn’t be treating patients who are senior citizens. She created an unpleasant situation during my daughter’s 1st pregnancy. She didn’t have the guts to atleast apologize. Doctors are human & they do make mistakes.
