Erik is a master diagnostician and gave me my passion of running back! About a decade ago, I had a traumatic ankle injury and was told over the years by an orthopedist and 4 physical therapists that I was never going to be able to run again due to arthritis. After hearing about my issue and examining my ankle, Erik questioned the diagnosis of arthritis and identified the problem as actually in a tendon. He guided me through a rehabilitation program and now, three months later, I'm back to running! Thanks for your careful examination and guidance Erik!

I came to him with multiple issues that were keeping me from being out on the trails doing what I love, and with his guidance I am now back to running and feeling stronger than ever! I highly recommend Erik at Iron Horse PT and Performance. Erik is extremely knowledgeable and can convey that knowledge in a way that is easy to comprehend. He is also very attentive to your specific injury and goals, which allows him to create an individualized plan to address both. Erik is always intentional during sessions and does an excellent job explaining the reasoning behind what you are doing. You can tell he genuinely wants his patients to understand the process and how it contributes to their overall health/goals. When I first met with Erik he took the time to thoroughly understand my issues through evaluating my physical abilities, limitations and needs. He used education to help me understand why he was guiding me in the way that he did, and provided an exercise regimen that began to bring healing and pain relief within the first week. He continued to educate and adapt the exercises as I gained strength and greater mobility. My health and quality of life greatly improved as a result of his direction and investment in my care.
