Iron Horse Pediatrics

I've loved everything about this pediatrician office until today. I called to ask a nurse a question after my daughter's ER visit and was informed that our pediatrician is no longer employed there. We've been seeing him for our other daughter's well baby check ups. I never heard he left or was leaving. No letter or email. I don't know if we just fell through the cracks somehow or what. But we just moved to Colorado this past fall and at the time we were told he was the only provider at this location accepting new patients. So now I'm really confused. We scheduled a follow up appointment with another provider here but I don't know if that means both daughters are patients of hers now? As of right now I don't know who to say our pediatrician is, and at the ER they wanted the doctor's name a

My daughter was diagnosed with the flu but continued to get worse. She was in significant pain and her symptoms were expanding rather than improving. For three days I repeatedly tried to schedule an appointment with this practice, but was refused and told that because the flu is so common right now we should “just keep waiting.” After finally being seen, the clinic said they believed it might be something else and advised further evaluation. We immediately took her to the Children’s Hospital ER, where doctors determined that the flu had progressed into a severe case of pneumonia after days without proper evaluation. She had to be admitted and remained hospitalized for three days. One of the physicians even commented that it was one of the more severe pneumonia cases they had seen in some

We love Iron Horse Pediatrics. Every provider we have had has been great, the scheduling and check-in processes are easy and met with friendliness, and the office is clean and efficient. Dr. Bagnall, in particular, is a caring and thorough doctor. We are grateful to have this wonderful pediatric office in our city.

Dr Valdez at Iron Horse Pediatrics is amazing. She has been our children's doctor for many years and it truly shows she is dedicated to her patients and cares for them. Dr Valdez embodies a spirit of service to her patient's families and goes above and beyond. Thank you!!

All the employees here are very helpful and there is no wait between arriving and having the baby seen. Dr. Jackson is thourough and answers all of our questions fully. Can't recommend them enough.
