IRMC UrgiCare at Indiana

We went yesterday due to having a hard time with coughing, breathing ect. We were treated kindly from the moment we walked in. The lady was very nice who checked us in. The lady who took us back was very nice and helpful. Every single interaction was professional and they all seemed to care about what was happening. Thank you for your caring and professionalism.

Very rude staff. If you challenge the staff, they call the police on you. They are incompetent and disrespectful. A reminder of why I could end up being my own provider. If you have the luxury of taking care of yourself without stepping foot in the door, I would do so because they were a disgrace to the medical field. They repeatedly told me they were closing at 8:00 pm when I called at 2:00pm. I fell on cement and just recently being diagnosed with anemia. I was nervous and they had very poor front desk manner that led me to walk out. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy there.

No stars. Left work 2 hours early to be seen, was having stomach problems for the past week and couldn't keep anything down. Literally gave me nausea medicine when I told them I wasn't nauseous. "Of course" they wanted to do a COVID test, waited 2 hours just for them to give me nothing else. Took them so long I fell asleep in my waiting room, there was maybe 2 other people in the waiting room. Then got told to go buy something else over the counter. Still having stomach problems, have to go see my regular doctor now.

Wouldn't even give them a star. Gave my son $39 to get a TB test so he could become a home care giver. They messed up the test and would not refund his money and then told him he had to wait 8 to 21 days to get another one. Absolutely appalling behavior from an IRMC clinic. Unbelievable. If you screw up a test -- you owe us a refund or a do-over. We will be going to the Better Business Bureau for this. The kid is starving and needs a job and was denied what he paid for. This clinic just rip off people that work hard for their money and are actually trying to get in a position to help themselves and others. They should be totally ashamed of themselves -- health "care" -- yeah, right. No care here!!!!!

All the staff were lovely and there was never a moment during my visit where I did not feel safe and respected. Thank you especially to Jason and Clara, you two are awesome :)
