Iris Cove Health & Rehabilitation

My relative was at this facility. The staff was awesome. They kept my loveone clean and attended to her needs. I spoke with the administrator and she was also kind and understanding. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

So many positive vibes here. There was a time when my sister was here and we had to make many major requests just to get anyone to respond to our immediate needs, however there is a great change since. Because another family member has been there and the care and concerns and protocol seems to be different. The nursing staff is great but the Administrator Trezina Watkins is amazing! She is approachable and accessible. And this has made a great difference at Iris Cove Health And Rehabilitation Facility. I would refer to all I know.

Great experience. My dad was there for therapy and he was a handful. They took the time to meet his needs and they were very patient with him. When it was time to go home he didn’t want to leave. Special shout out to the nursing staff. Lora was his social worker and she made sure we had everything we needed when we went home. He was on the West Station. I would like to recognize his nurse Sheila and his nurse aide Bria. They were very nice and compassionate

My mom was here recently for short term & therapy. Every staff member we come in contact with were exceptional: kind, caring, & loved their career choice. We even met the administrator- very hands on and available for any questions. Thank you!

My family experience wasn't pleasant at all. The wait time and response was an hour to 4 hours to change a wet depend. Some of the staff was rude and the care level was not consistent at all. Never saw major staff personnel to check on status of my family member care. Our overall experience was not great at all.
