IR Center - The Urology Group

I had an awesome team of nurses that took care of me during my procedure in the operating room. Amber, the nurse that took care of me during pre-op and post-op was about the most caring and professional nurse that I’ve ever had the opportunity to have had take care of me and my wife. You are lucky to have her on your team. I only met Dr. Young once before my procedure at my consultation. I’m very pleased with the way he conducted himself both times. The few moments when I met him during the consultation that set the stage for my wanting him to preform the procedure. Thank all of you for being there for me!!!!!

Our experience at the IR Center was amazing! We were quickly called out of the waiting room! Nurse Amber kept us informed with every detail of my husband’s procedure. Once it was complete, the timeline that was explained earlier was on-point nearly to the minute. The doctor was in to speak with us before the procedure and afterwards. He, too, kept us informed with details and what the follow up appointment would look like. Our experience there could not have been better. We are thankful for the Center’s team (from the front desk to the escort out of the building)!

From entering to leaving the care and attention was exceptional. Priscilla, nurse, was a wealth of information and care about my procedure (PAE). Dr. Gans took his time to explain the details of the procedure and recovery. Overall, the nurses all were great.

Dr Tritle was terrific. He was empathetic and listened to what we have to tell him very closely. He even repeated some of it to make sure he got it correctly. One of the best providers we have experienced. In addition, his entire team was kind, efficient and concerned for the comfort of the patient. Wonderful to have them as doctors and nurses and administrative people.

Very good experience, start-to finish. Staff was excellent, both in interfacing with me and the pre-surgical/surgical/post surgical staff were excellent. Dr. Triple did, in my estimation, an outstanding surgical procedure. Small incision, no post-op pain or even minor wound seeping...a really nicely done procedure. I could easily give this procedure 5 stars on competence & results were it not for the 10 days post op...I was informed, preoperative, of bladder, prostate & urinary tract inflammation as an expected result...just didn't follow-up on the degree of discomfort...that's on me. 12 days later, I'm a very happy camper...inflammation is nil and all is quite normal! Very good outcome!! Mike
