Always been positive experience with appointments and staff. Doctors and PA's very patient oriented. I really appreciate they explain the whys and how's of everything no matter what it is. Getting scheduled is for some reason now is a problem apparently. The imaging, MRI, CT scans and X-ray are great as well
The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions. Great follow up setting the appointment. Clean facility. Great all around!
The confirmation reminder and after hours confirmed my appointment as 530. I showed up at 515 and was told I was late because I needed to be there at 5 and on the table by 530. This should be clarified with the confirmation reminder and after hours.
I didn’t wait long and Dr.Bjornson was very knowledgeable and caring. Front desk very friendly and quick to setup my MRI, PT and my follow up appointments.
Everyone was friendly and professional, they made sure I was comfortable and test went well.
