Had my PCR test for travel here on Friday, November 26. Alicia was absolutely amazing at taking my samples for testing. No pain, quick and easy! Was told I would have my results by the next morning, Saturday, November 27. Checked my email but had not received any correspondence. Called the office and spoke with Mazama who was such a sweetheart. She found my lab results and emailed them to me personally to ensure that I'd be able to fill out the necessary documents/information for my trip on Monday. Thank you, Mazama - you definitely went over and above to help me out. You took away my panic and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend to anyone needing testing.

We came to Ion Scientific in a stressful situation after another private lab (Mira Scientific) failed to deliver on their guarantee. The whole process was professional and compassionate. Heather was extremely helpful, great with our kids, and accommodating. She understood the situation we were in, and was careful and diligent with the paperwork. Overall a joy to work with, we will be using Ion Scientific again for our required travel COVID tests.

* Update--at 1:45 am my results arrived. I took the test a few minutes after 11 am the previous day--so in all about 14.5 hour turn around for the results. Bait and Switch--and then doesn't give you your results! I needed a test done on Christmas day for a flight on December 27. My husband spoke with Heather on the phone on Thursday December 23 who told him that they are only doing testing for $289 with a 4 hour return of results. He booked the appointment for me, and on Christmas morning we arrived for my appointment. The person working seemed to not be expecting us, and told us that even though the test was still $289, we would not recieve results until that night between 10 pm and midnight. We were in a bind so we agreed. It is now nearly 1 am and still no results! I need to

A very professional and somewhat fun experience. Heather was very kind, cool, and professional, and she made the entire process go very smoothly and painlessly (she rocks!) Service was fast as well, only had to wait like a minute after walking in. Overall, would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a test.

The mobile testing service is a good service. Rapid antigen test result was released after 8 hours though was expecting hours earlier. Thank you for responding to my chat and calls around midnight to make sure i got the results in time for the flight of my parents.
