Invara Pharmacy

Its so nice to have a pharmacy close to home but only have had terrible service through Invara. When they first opened I tried to fill my prescriptions, my doctor spoke to the pharmacist & was told a control substance could be filled & was in stock. My doctor explained he wanted to make sure because he was going on vacation. That prescription never got filled by Invara.I called about picking it up two days later, the pharmacist snapped at me & said by you calling is preventing me by doing job. My doctors vacation had to be interrupted with him having to call it into another pharmacy. The next time I tried to fill a simple nasal spray that the pharmacist put a rush on. It took over 4 days for me to get it filled. They claimed to be short staffed. The third time my husbands doctor called i

I am absolutely shook by what just happened. There was a mix up on the doses on my thyroid prescription from the doctor's office. I realized I needed my prescription filled for tomorrow and I was driving by, so I stopped in to ask them to fill the lower dose to hold me over until I could get it corrected. I made the unfortunate mistake of asking why they couldn't fill the higher dose. (At this point I didn't know there was a mixup in the prescriptions from the doctor.) The male pharmacist yelled at me and said some really mean things that made me feel like I was someone looking for a higher dose of a narcotics instead of someone looking for the correct dose of levothyroxine to avoid miscarriage. The owner of this place (simon) is extremely rude, can’t have a simple conversation without him getting angry. His patience is equivalent to a person on coke, basically a walking time bomb. Very unprofessional, don’t go if you can.

Great staff. Very quick with medication fillings or refillings. My family has been using Invara Pharmacy since they first opened for business.

I liked Morgan, very good and gentle treatments. She is no longer there. Because of the way she was treated, I wont ho back.
