IntraCare Health Center – Mansfield

About 6-7 weeks ago I made an appointment to see Dr. Chacko as a new patient through Zocdoc. A few days later, I got a call from the doctors office saying Zocdoc doesn’t have an updated schedule and on Fridays the office closes at noon. I rescheduled while on the phone with the doctors office but it took 6 weeks to get in. This morning I received a call from the doctors office saying they are no longer going to work on Fridays starting this Friday (the day of my appointment). Saying the same thing about Zocdoc not having an updated schedule. I let her know that I already had this appointment rescheduled through a woman at the doctors office. She said “oh that must have been the call center, they don’t know anything!” Instead of honoring an appointment that was already scheduled 6 weeks ago

Dr. Chacko is great. She takes her time, is very thorough, and doesn’t rush through your appointment. He staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

At IntraCare I had an opportunity to visit with Dr.Mary Chacko she is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend her because she has the best interest of her patients at heart.

I couldn’t even make it past the front desk for my appointment, they were so rude! Specifically Courtney LaSalle. When i entered, they seemed to feel their conversation was more important than greeting me. I literally stood at the desk while they chatted. One of them was like what can i do for you as if i was a walk in from the street. Courtney had the worst attitude of the 3 behind the desk, and she is why i left. I would NOT want her helping me at all. I asked a question about my insurance, and her response was curt. I cancelled my appointment on the spot — Courtney found this to be funny. Dr. Chacko - there’s room for improvement with your staff.

I have been a patient of DR. POD for over 20 years and hie office staff has always been more than professional in every aspect of service. Since his retirement and since the practice has been under management of intracare the level of professionalism is lacking. At My last appointment I waited 2 hours to be seen with 2 patients still before me. The nurse practitioner was the only one there to see patients. The med tech spent 45 minutes on her phone conducting personal business. No one ever came out to explain why the extreme wait time or advise when we might be seen. Then the front office staff all left for lunch. I finally at 2 hours of waiting and never having been seen or talked to had to leave.
