Interventional Cardiology & Vascular Consultants: Dr. Ashish Pal

My first consultation with Dr. Ashish Pal was promising. HOWEVER, my experience with his office staff completely changed my opinion of the practice. Specifically, a younger Indian woman at the front desk in the Davenport location was incredibly rude and disrespectful, which ultimately led me to decide not to return. Keep in mind he also has a practice in Orlando- DO NOT GO. As someone who was in the process of referring five family members and encouraging colleagues to visit this practice, I was shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect I received. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients and should be thorough, kind, and informative—not dismissive and rude. What was even more disappointing was the lack of accountability from Dr. Pal himself. Inst

Dr Pal is such a caring Doctor.he is on top of all the latest medical and I just feel safe with him. I would recommend him to everyone that has a problem or think they do he will find it if you do.he is the best.been with him since 1994 and still with him .travel 3 hours to see him.

Disgusting person. Him and his team don't know how to treat people respectfully. He mocked me for my symptoms (with disrespectful facial expressions), asked questions and would interrupt me as I was answering, and said that I "needed to exercise" when my condition was created from 12 years of exercise induced stress. I'm switching to another cardiologist. I recommend going to see someone who cares about your health and treats you as an equal human being.

I explained to the dr my symptoms, he told me "I came to the wrong place". He still did tests and told me I needed more tests after that.. he didn't explain things. He wore fancy suites and was on his phone every time I spoke with him. Like others said, it seems hes all about the money and not the patient. I couldn't take anything he said serious. Just go to another doctor. I'm definitely getting a 2nd opinion.

The davenport office needs a lot of work, my wife and I went three different times in one week for appointments and didn't get anything done. His staff at that office is very incompetent and many times there is nobody at the front desk to help you and when you call for someone it's a technician that can't help you. He is only there on Mondays or Fridays, so if you need anything done they want you to come to the Orlando office, which is an hour or more away for us. If I could give zero stars I would.
