They just cancelled the 3rd time in a row and want to push me out months more! Literally cancelled 3 appointments in a row just a few hours before appointment. Dr.Plukshi how does this happen? I had to take work off 3 times and you cancel again? Ethically? This really hurts ppl who need care... it's honestly unreliable... irresponsible.
I went to the ER last night what's severe pain down both arms, neck sholders and back. For the first 15 minutes the care and compassion I received was outstanding. After 2 more hours and being totally ignored I still was refused pain medication or a muscle relaxer to give me some relive. After begging 3 nurses I was offered ibuprofen or tylenol. Really??? Unbelievable!!! I had to return home to care for myself. Waste of time! Not compassionate or sympathetic to my situation at all. So dissapointeded!
Gay and her staff are amazing in the absence of my doctor who left to seek other opportunities.
