I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Meehan and his staff as a new patient seeking diabetes management. From the moment I walked in, their kindness and care were evident. Dr. Meehan took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a comprehensive treatment plan that was tailored to my needs. His staff was not only professional but also incredibly compassionate, making me feel at ease throughout the process. I couldn't have asked for a better team to guide me through my diabetes journey. Five stars all the way!

The front desk office people are horrible. They treat you terribly, are short tempered, absolutely no compassion and talk "at" you. I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical and was told that I would be considered a new patient since it's been over a year since I've been in. That's fine, but it's the way they presented it. I called back a few days later because I found another internist who's office staff are incredibly kind, and cancelled my appointment. I also left a negative review of which I noticed they deleted. It's been about a month since I called to cancel my appoint and I just received a $25 bill for "not keeping my appointment". WOW. Now I'm having to spend time to get this resolved. I just can't seem to get rid of the nagativity of this place.

They're getting new doctors so I'll update if my experience improves but it was really lackluster. I go in talking about a real sleep problem, they don't take me seriously, try and send me to a specialist to deal with an asthma problem I'm not having and then the specialist says it's my sleep problems causing everything. I'm $1000 poorer to get told it's the thing I was telling everyone was the problem. Don't let them steal your money. If you have a problem, demand they deal with that problem and don't get swayed by their calming tone. They just waste your time and money otherwise.

This group is fine for 'ordinary' medical care, but just show up like I did with intractable pain from sciatica and no where else to turn, and see just how uncaring and out and out rude Dr. Gordon can really be, never seen anyone like him... great with infectious disease, but otherwise just horrid. Dr. Toole, who I really liked, at his instructions, just canceled me with no notice. You should have shown that you are a professional. I am ashamed of you.

I'm not a patient here. Don't bother calling them if you aren't already a patient of theirs. The person who answered the phone did everything they could to deter me from scheduling a new patient appointment. I guess they don't need any more business. I'm new to the area and needed to find a pcp. She was short with me and then told me to hold on while she handed the phone to another lady who also didn't want me to schedule an appointment.
