My pup sprained his leg and I was able to get same day appointment on a weekend with no extra charges! That means a lot to me. Vet is thorough and knowledgeable. Pup is feeling better and will be using them from now on.

Dr. Hadley is fantastic and the technicians are patient and compassionate. Check in process is always very smooth. I’m usually nervous to bring my leopard geckos in because many places are not familiar with exotic or reptile pets. But the whole team here seemed knowledgeable and took great care of my gecko, Sugar. I never felt rushed and I genuinely felt like my concerns were heard and taken seriously. Definitely would recommend them for exotic pet care. They even provided a heating pad to make sure Sugar stayed nice and toasty, which she appreciated!!

From the sweet receptionist who took my call and got us in to urgent care and took all needed information over the phone - to the triage vet tech who came in right away to get vitals on Gimli and his history to the vet tech who helped draw blood give fluids and injections and to Dr Kimbal who gave us options during our unexpected stop traveling back to Portland from our chicago holiday road trip ( sorry I don’t remember everyone’s. Name) being a past vet tech myself I was very impressed by this hospital and team ! Thanks for taking your time and showing compassion keep up the great work I know how stressful this field can be !

Dr Romanosky is very through and takes an interest in Lucky's comfort as well as health. He was in for his annual exam. He has no issues so the appointment was quick and that is good. We have been with this vet clinic for a long time. We started with Dr Bedee when the clinic also did large animals. We could pull in with our trailer and the horse, dogs, and cats would all be seen at one appointment. Their service has always been excellent. I would go nowhere else.

On Christmas eve you were able to se our girl, Raven (Doberman in photo), but also diagnose and treat her sudden bladder infection. Thank you so much for making her comfortable and able to enjoy her gifts from Santa.
