Intermountain Health Layton Hospital

I recently had a full hysterectomy performed here and we were amazed at how wonderful the staff were. From check in to my pre-op nurses to my surgical team and then I got to be with my same nurses as I recovered- they were perfect! I felt completely supported. My surgeons were Dr. Bryant Johnson and Dr. Jalee M. John. My pre- and post- op nurses were Lisa and Lupe. Everyone listened to and fully responded to my concerns. They were very warm and welcoming (and super funny to boot). I highly recommend their surgical services and I’ll return to this facility if I ever need another procedure. Thank you y’all!

Wife is 23 weeks pregnant. She hadn't felt the baby move in about 3 hours. We called to ask the doctor what we should do, they said they'd call us back, that the office was at lunch. We waited but never received a call so we decided to go in to make sure the baby was safe. I called the emergency room on the way there, letting them know we were on the way. When we got there they took us up to the NICU area. Nobody was at the desk, the nurse from the ER told us she called and that somebody should be out soon. I guess everyone was still at lunch? We're standing there alone, and about 4-5 people walk in and out of the NICU, each one of them asking us if we'd been helped yet, some of them carrying food. It took about 20-25 minutes of us standing there, pushing the call button and me asking each

After multiple visits to urgent care clinics in the area and feeling very discouraged. I ended up on the ER here, I saw Dr. fullmer and he was amazing you could tell he was truly listening and cared. The nurses were also amazing very helpful, patient, and kind.

Dr. Horning is the best primary care doctor I have had. I feel heard, he does not rush appointments, and I get quick and thorough results. If you need Family Medicine care, Dr. Horning and his team kick ass.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Was sent home from the ER when I was 2 days post op and my bowels were trying to come out of my incision. Went to a different er and was taken into surgery right away.
