This place is wonderful. I have been sick for a long time and the other instacares just gave me some cough syrup and said good luck. The doctor actually cared about me and listened to what was going on. I ended up needing some blood draw and Miss Linda MA was just so kind and caring. I'm terrified of needles and have a really hard time with blood draws. She made it quick and painless. She even got me juice and a snack to make it easier. She put warm packs on my hands to make the draw go easier as well. She was so gentle and quick I was like wow you're done already. It was almost painless. She is so amazing and deserves a raise. Thank you Miss Linda for everything you did and for caring about me.

I took my granddaughter to the cottonwood clinic IHC she saw Dr Jason Savoldi I can not tell u how amazing he was. He was caring professional listened was not in any hurry. I work for a hospital with doctors and this doctor really amazed me. I only wish he had an office and took private patients because I would have my whole family with him. The front desk were very polite as well very professional place and there open until 11 pm can't beat that everyone else is closed by 8 or 9. So if your in need of a good, professional, clean urgent care this would be the one.

I had an awesome experience in huge part to Linda. She helped irrigate my ears and was so kind and gentle (ear irrigating can be pretty painful!). I haven't had anyone take the full time to walk through each step and check in consistently. Thank you for helping me hear again!

I visited this InstaCare today and had one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. The physician I saw was kind, patient, and made sure I received everything I needed, but I especially want to highlight the medical assistant, Linda B. From the moment she walked in, Linda made me feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I suffer from high anxiety, especially in medical situations, and she took the time to talk me through every step, explain what was happening, and help calm me down. She related to me on a personal level, treated me with kindness, and made me feel comfortable during a moment that normally would be extremely stressful for me. We visited with our child and waited approximately 30 minutes to be seen. Unfortunately, the appointment felt very brief and no significant treatment or explanation was provided. We were surprised to receive a bill of $765 for such a limited visit. We would appreciate transparency regarding the charges and better patient care in the future. Shame on you guys
