I am pretty picky about massage therapists and after my regular therapist had to transition away from massage, I went to several different ones before finding International Hands- and I'm so happy I found her!! The whole experience from start to finish was exactly what I was look for. She tells you at the beginning exactly what she plans to do which gives you an opportunity to request changes ahead of time. I usually don't like to speak up during massage because it interrupts the flow, so know what to expect and put requests in before the start was great! Everything she did felt SO good! I asked for medium pressure which I got consistently. I bought myself multiple gift cards so I know I'll be going back and making my well being a priority with Intentional Hands.
