Integrity Urgent Care - Seagoville

It is 8:26 in the morning and I literally just walked in the door and was met by the rudest receptionist ever, as if a person wakes up and thinks “Oh joy! Let me go to urgent care today because i’m bored.” When you aren’t feeling good, the last thing you want is to be greeted with a nasty attitude. I walked to the window and she IMMEDIATELY twisted her face up as I told her I needed to be seen. I wish I could have gotten a video recording of her nasty behavior. She then said “WHAT?! “ -with a nasty look on her face when I stated what I was being seen for ( cold symptoms). I then glared at her and sat down. I am beyond annoyed prior to the appt taking place due to the lady at the front. Our entire encounter was horrible from beginning to end. Companies should think about the type of people

I love this urgent care. The staff is always amazing and professional. Ryann ( at the front) has always been very sweet and patient with me and when I see her interact with others. I don’t ever have to wait too long and I’m usually in and out. Service never feels rushed and like I don’t matter. Thanks to Crystal and her team!

These ladies are absolute doll I was in and out with no problems. Roxy was an amazing nurse Ryann Was an amazing receptionist and Crystal. She was the best Nurse practitioner I’ve ever met in my life. Please go see these ladies tell them Koko sent you. And they give gifts Lol ( extra tape for my finger )

Had to drag my husband to the doctor (if you know you know). The staff is truly amazing. Roxy, the medical assistant, was very patient and tried to distract my husband the best she could during his blood draw. Janette the NP I was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to educate my husband and even called a few days later to follow up. Highly recommend.

I came in for a visit and it was very obvious that the front desk lady was sick. I witnessed the entire situation where in spite of testing positive for the flu and having a fever she still had to complete her shift. I believe that is unfair treatment to the employee and definitely not safe for patients to be exposed since everyone that comes is not being seen for a sickness!!! I hope she starts feeling better she is an awesome worker and very friendly!! Let’s normalize putting our health workers first They are important too!!!
