"I had a fantastic experience at this clinic today. For my fellow military families, it’s worth noting that they take Tricare! I did have to pay my deductible, but the billing process was smooth and handled professionally. Jamie was my nurse and she was awesome—super friendly and efficient. Pro Tip: I highly recommend doing your paperwork online before you arrive. It’s a great way to 'cheat the line' and move through the process faster. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, the entire visit took only 35 minutes (and that included a little bit of in-office paperwork). I was unable to obtain an appointment with my PCP and it was recommended that I visit with Urgent Care. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit there. The wait time was relatively short and the physician was thorough. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy so all I had to do was pick them up. I won't hesitate to visit Urgent Care in the future.

Integrity Urgent care listened to my concerns and thoroughly examined me. Sometimes I have to come in for smaller things since I am on VA healthcare and can't get into a VA clinic in a short time. They didn't make me feel like a bother at all, and I got the exact treatment I was hoping for. Thank you!

Three stars because I had an appointment at 8:30 and didn’t get seen until 9:30. They also open at 0800 and didn’t open the doors until after that, about 10 minutes late which is probably why my appointment was delayed. Once I got in the room, the male nurse and female PA were great. They need to fix the appointment system because when I asked about the delay, the front desk stated everyone had an appointment. Maybe space the appointments out better but an hour late is not professional.
