Integrity Urgent Care

So much for "integrity." I have a credit balance on my account there. I have called three times and even tried emailing them to request a refund for the credit balance. They tell me they will refund the money, but then they don't and when I call again, the same thing. "We will refund the money within 14 business days." But again, they never actually do it. It has been 5 months and still nothing. They obviously have no actual integrity.

This is the second time I have visited Integrity Urgent Care University Dr. The first time, it was very unorganized and the employees at the time seemed very unprofessional and not taking my visit seriously. I recently visited this location yesterday 2/25/26 with my 11 year old who has an inner ear infection (Diagnosed & Treated by Aggieland Urgent Care - Amazing Place). We get there on 2/25 with my son in a lot of pain (he is a tough dude, but he was moaning in pain). There were about 6 people in front of me. I go to the front desk and they ask if I have an appointment which was odd considering it was an urgent care...I told them "no". They then proceed to tell me to scan the QR code to "Check-In". I did that and told them I had completed it. I then tell them I have Blue Cross Blue Shield

I had a great experience at Integrity urgent care in Bryan. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, and the med tech and PA took the time to really listen and explain everything clearly. I felt well cared for and never rushed. I truly appreciate the compassion and efficiency of the entire team and would definitely recommend this location.

I've only been to Integrity Urgent Care twice, and only for a DOT Physical, but both times it was a great experience. The wait was short and the service was excellent. All staff members were pleasant and professional and made me feel comfortable and that -I was in good care. I will definitely return for my next DOT Physical and possibly if I need any other urgent care I need.

Xpress Wellness & Integrity Urgent Care 3201 University Dr E Bryan Tx 77802 I went to urgent care with severe urinary pain which is what I stated on my sign in paperwork. I also stated this to the nurse when he interviewed me. The attending medical person walked in and said that my bp was to high and I should leave and go to the ER. When I tried to talk to him about my urinary issues he said that urinalysis said I didn’t have a uti and they don’t treat urinary issues. I tried to ask some questions and he very rudely like a broken record kept saying, “Go to a urologist.” From the moment he walked into the exam room, he started trying to get rid of me. I left and the urinary pain worsened. Days later, I went to the ER where I was diagnosed with a uti and put on antibiotics. I was treated
