For urgent, overnight shipping of medications, why would they not run the payment with enough lead time to resolve issues prior to the shipping occurring? I took off of work to be home at the hours they needed me to to receive the medication, only to be told at the last minute that my FSA card, which was successfully charged the $1 pre-fee, successfully used at CVS on the same day as they tried to charge it, and has $3000 balance (they charged a $200 medication) declined due to unauthorized transaction --an issue on their end with processing FSA payments, not on my end with my FSA card (sufficient balance, able to use elsewhere). Now I am not going to receive my medication on time, and need to either take off another day of work to be at home to wait for it (refrigerated medicine) or risk

Horrible experience resulting in delayed medication, IVF cycle delay and poor customer service. Do not recommend

Mare is wonderful! Highly recommend this pharmacy. I used them to pick up an injection. They were accommodating as soon as I walked in the door. Provided me a water while I waited and very patient when I needed a medication the same day it was sent.

Don't order from this place if you don't have to, they have fraudulent policies. They mistakenly sent me a medication I told them I did not need. They acknowledged that it was their mistake and are still requiring me to send the medication back (which they also admitted that they cannot and will not use) in order to get a $200+ refund. They refused to acknowledge me when I said it is an FTC regulation violation as well.

My overall experience has been fine. The reps and pharmacists have been pleasant and helpful. For whatever reason, when there’s an issue, I’m met with an unwilling attitude by a pharmacist and manager. I was informed today, when I tried refilling my scripts, that one my usual medications is a controlled substance and I needed to provide an ssn, dl#, passport etc in order for it to be delivered locally. Since I’ve received the medications from them each month for the last 4/5 months, I had questions. 1. When did my medication become a controlled substance? 2. Since I cannot locate it on the governments list of controlled substance, why is it considered a controlled substance. The original rep. wasn’t sure and transferred me to a pharmacist.
