INTEGRIS Health Community Hospital - Moore

If i could i would give this place a 0 star rating. Do not get medical care from this hospital. My son went a year ago and he told them all the signs of someone that is going into DKA and they didn't test his blood and they just assumed he had a virus so they just gave him a steroid shot and sent him on his way. The steroid shot made him worse and he ended up at another hospital that night almost in a coma. He got diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, Which is already stressful enough. Now we are dealing with their billing. They sent a bill 7 months later for 4000 dollars and refuse to add our insurance. We should only have to pay our co pay but they will not file our insurance. We have called them several times and they keep saying the same stuff. They made us wait a year so now our insurance

This hospital is the absolute best hospital in the state! It's probably the best hospital I've ever witnessed. I've never personally received care here but ever since Norman regional murdered my father no one in my family has gone anywhere else but Integris! They have the best staff! And they are the fastest hospital I've ever seen! Keep up the great work Integris!!!

Husband went in with pain and urine in blood. Has history of kidney stones. They hooked him up to an iv, gave him a muscle relaxer and sent him home. The doctor said “it was probably kidney stones”. No imaging done. Nothing. Very minimal care. He has private insurance. His experience at Mercy in the past was completely different. After reading some of the previous reviews it appears the business model is to provide the most minimal care while sending outrageous bills. I would not recommend.

After years of being sick and in many different hospitals, I am so thankful for finding this hospital. Never have I been treated so well, the nurses and doctors were very knowledgeable about my illness. When I didn't understand what was happening to me Angel my R.N. took the time to stand there and explain in detail what was happening and what I needed to do to recover. Sheryl also did the same and went out of the way to make me and my visitors comfortable and informed . I arrived at this hospital struggling to breathe and in distress, The doctors knew just what to do and took excellent care of me and 4 days latter I walked out of there on my own .

I want to commend Dr. Propes and his team for their amazing care! I arrived today very upset and in tears after a difficult experience at another emergency room. Dr. Propes’ bedside manner and the kindness of the nursing staff helped me feel safe, heard, and supported. He not only provided excellent medical care, but also compassion that truly changed the outcome of my day. Thanks for everything Dr.propes 🫶
