Mary is an absolute expert on anatomy, pain and massage therapy. Her talent and empathy with her clients are some of the many reasons I would recommend her.

Mary was excellent! She was very detailed in her an explanation of my troubled areas that she massaged as well as, ongoing recommendations to help prevent injury and muscle tightness during my training first the Chicago Marathon. I'm planning on repeat visits to continue to work out the kinks. I would HIGHLY recommend her services!

Mary is great!! I felt some relief immediately and bought a package after my 1st session! I'm not quite sure which treatment I got? Maybe the Neuromuscular Therapy? It was different from other massages I've had in the past. It was more gentle and no painful "working through" knots, which made me think that we weren't really getting anything done. But the results were great! We focused on my lower back, hips and legs. I felt comfortable with Mary right away. I would highly recommend. Heads up, the building is an Advocate health center. It threw me off at first. But, just walk into the building. The elevator will be right in front of you. And, there's a small waiting room that you can walk right in to and drink tea/water, relax while you're waiting.
