I did not think physical therapy would work for me as the pain in my lower back was at times unbearable. I was pretty sure surgery was going to be my only option. It took exactly 2 appointments with Louis to see a significant improvement. I finished with physical therapy 3 months ago, and now with the exercises and stretches I am 100% pain free. If you’re considering surgery and haven’t tried physical therapy with Louis, you definitely should give physical therapy a try. I was pleasantly surprised!

After a sudden and expected lower back issue I was referred by OPA to seek physical therapy as an alternative to surgery. Wasn’t sure what to expect as I was in a lot of pain with difficulty being able to even walk 10 feet.
