UPDATE! This company is very unprofessional they tried to bill my insurance for a service I never had. Seems like they didn’t like my review and decided to commit fraud. I feel compelled to share my incredibly frustrating experience at Integrative Health of Rockland. While the facility looks decent and the staff is generally friendly, the constant provider changes and lack of proper equipment are completely unacceptable. I've dealt with multiple changes among the chiropractor, massage therapist, and acupuncturist. Just when I start to get comfortable and make any progress, I'm told that my provider is gone and I have to start over with someone new. The pain management doctor Dr. Gupta who works here is great. He’s super friendly. Great bedside manner. He’s helped me navigate my back pain and workers comp case for the past 3 years now. I don’t know where I’d be without him. The chiropractor and physical therapist here are also great. They had a lady at the front desk who used to be super rude and unprofessional. But she doesn’t work there anymore thankfully.

When I first started going there, I liked it. But then the whole staff changed. They got rid of the acupuncturist I liked and the front desk person who seemed like the only one who knew what she was doing and now she’s gone too. Plus, it wasn’t the cleanest place either. No bueno.

Beware of billing. I’ve been coming for months since they first opened. At first it was unlimited services for 1 copay. Then suddenly I had no copay. And now they want to charge me $70 per service. It was always concerning to me that there was so much turnover at the front desk and even among providers, but the services were good enough and the location is convenient so I kept coming. Apparently they were just taken over by new management so maybe they will help but something definitely seems off here. The front desk is always a mess. Such a shame.
