I have been seeing Patty at Integrative Physical Therapy for the last year, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. I originally started seeing her halfway through my pregnancy for tailbone and pelvic pain, and she has been such an essential part of my journey ever since. Not only did she help me manage pain during pregnancy, she also thoughtfully helped me prepare for birth and recovery. I recommend this practice to everyone. From their front end to their physical therapists, they are incredible! I have never trusted a health professional so much! I started going to Dr. Huang for postpartum PT and have stayed with the practice for 5 years. Dr. Huang has helped with everything from my pelvic floor, to running injuries, to shoulder and back issues from work. Mallory has been incredible at navigating insurance and is an incredible asset to the practice. The whole team is a 10/10!!

I have been receiving pelvic floor PT from Patty for a little over 2 months, and I do not have enough nice things to say about her. Patty is patient, kind, and has always made me feel comfortable during my sessions. Her guidance has been hugely beneficial to me. The major downfall of this practice is the front office manager/receptionist. I had negative interactions at every single appointment when checking in and trying to schedule appointments. Mallory is extremely rude, dry, and will ignore you when you come in until you approach her to check in. It seems like she is almost annoyed with the fact that she has to help you. This office also has an extremely strict cancellation policy, that you will only be told about at your very first appointment and is never shared again, and even if yo

I went for pelvic floor therapy and was never treated. Just talked at and given the anatomy of your lower regions which I never asked for. I had went for only two appointments and almost $400 later I got absolutely nothing out of it. I’m not here for a lesson on the body, I’m here for relief and I did not receive any, just homework assignments that did not help my issues unfortunately. This is just my experience and I don’t need a response with any explanation. I didn’t want to commit after spending so much for something I didn’t see helping.

Integrated Physical Therapy is a great place to receive care. Patty is so compassionate and knowledgeable. Her ability to empathize and care for patient’s physical and emotional well-being turned my journey into something I felt achievable. When I felt alone, she made me feel seen. I cannot say enough kind words regarding the help she provided. Mallory was extremely organized and easy to talk to. She accommodated me anytime I needed to adjust my schedule and kept up as my insurance changed. When I need PT, I will always turn to their team.
