I have NEVER felt so disrespected by someone. I called just to ask for business hours and verify that they actually work from 9-5pm. There was no one in the morning and I said I would probably make it by 2. This is a medical center so I don’t think they are going to open the doors just for me (let’s take into account they said I didn’t need to make an appointment). Out of courtesy I send a message to the lady at the front desk telling her I was running late and if I could be there at 3:30pm. Got no answer. Got here, there was no one there and when I called no one answered. Then I receive a call from this lady SCREAMING her lungs out at me saying she had been waiting for me since 2 and she had left just 10 mins ago. I wish I had checked the reviews of this location, it is completely unprofessional. I needed to complete a drug test for a new job and this was the closest one open on a Saturday. It was a complete waste of time. I showed up at 10:40 (well after their listed 9am opening) and hit the buzzer but no one answered. I called the number listed and a woman answered and said “oh well someone should be there”. She called the employee who was supposed to be there and called me back a couple minutes later. Apparently she was unaware he had a night job he was leaving from and I would have to wait for him to come from Upper Marlboro. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Although there was no one there waiting when I arrived, I was there for 3 hrs. The RN working there (and owner) caused my hand to infiltrate, painfully, due to the fact that she did not apply any pressure after sticking me. She could have caused a blood clot! This was over a week ago, and my hand still hurts! Also, I told her several times where to go (on 2 separate occasions), and she decided not to listen and go where she wanted. Each time, she ended up going back where I told her to go, initially. Also, I had to tell her which direction to access my vein on top of having to guide and stabilize the needle...sis, you have to start listening to your patients. The doctor was amazing, though despite the ignorance and actions of the nurse.

All the reviews are accurate. Online it says you all open at 9am that’s a lie. We called the day before to verify the young lady said 10. As I’m writing this review the time now is 10:51am. I’ve been sitting out here for 45 minutes. It’s so unprofessional to have your customers WAITING!!!! Not to mention you can’t even call because the phone lines are not on!!! DO BETTER!!

Agree with all the negative reviews. Worst experience ever. I was at the location on Dec 16 at 10am after I was told a day before over the phone to come at 10am. No one was there at the site and no one was picking up the phone. I waited there for 2 hours because I had to do the test that day. There were other people who were waiting as well. This is unacceptable and bad professionalism. They should consider others value of time. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.
