Integrated Massage Therapy

I’m a teacher, and I’ve needed massage therapy on and off over the years. My pain would improve with massage but never really went away. I moved to NY and was getting really out of sorts with my neck, traps, and rhomboid muscles. I found Integrative Therapy and have been coming consistently for 6 months and feel so much better. I’ve been pain free long enough now, that I am much more aware of tension in those areas when I start physically holding onto stress or unaware of my posture. The PA and massage therapist work really well together! Highly recommend!
