Integrated Health Campus

This review is for the radiation oncology center. Not only technically competent but personable and friendly. Hard to describe but the atmosphere is closer to a resort than a hospital. St. Luke's is reported to be a good employer and it shows. Happy staff make happy patients. There is just a friendly vibe that made a somewhat awkward treatment regimen easy. Not only the Dr. and technicians but even the receptionists go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. . Note that there is a valet service that will pick you and your vehicle up at the building you are going to and later deliver your car to the same point. This is especially good for patients like me that have somewhat limited mobility. The only minor gripe is that the parking lot is almost a block away from the treatme

First visit, you pay as normally. Another visit to be redirected to physical therapist, they ask you to copay again. To me it’s a rip off. On the other hand, I definitely agree with my insurance which refused to bill an MRI whereas other options had not been tried first. My last visit to OAA is very disappointing. I will look in conformity with my insurance an alternative. I hope my review will help address this confusing and unprofessional situation for future reference. I believe doctors are getting paid to make uncontested decision regardless any insurance companies

Very nice campus for what it is. Main building houses fitness club, coffee shop, Orthopedic doctors of many specialty disciplines and a full, out patient surgical suite to complement the doctors' practice(s). Complete with free valet service.

Tomasa is the rudest person there is. She destroyed my wife's xray records. She has zero people skills and doesn't deserve this job. The worst part was that she called the cops on my wife after being naturally upset. The cops came, listened, and left.

This campus is absolutely beautiful, and they offer free valet! When you're hurrying to get to your appt. from work, that can be soooooo wonderful :).
