This was my first time seeing Dr. Bell for keloid injections, and I was very impressed with the level of care. The team was welcoming and made sure I understood every step of the process. The assistant offered me water and a stress ball to help manage the discomfort of the injections (small details that made a big difference). Dr. Bell was thorough, answered all my questions, and prescribed a numbing gel to make future treatments more comfortable. I truly appreciated the thoughtful, patient-centered approach.

I've been a patient here for nearly 10 years and continue to be impressed by the exceptional care I receive. Over the past few years, I've seen Nicole for various medical needs, and she consistently delivers outstanding service. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also warm, friendly, and genuinely compassionate. I always feel well cared for and confident in the treatment I receive.

Dr. Chang is amazing! Not only is she knowledgeable but her bedside mannerism is amazing. I had a complicated situation and she was kind, patient and proactive with me. The staff is also professional and kind.

I have been seeing Dr Chang for over 15 years and more recently see Nicole. Both will listen to your needs (or wishes) and propose options. They are never pushy, they know what they are doing and always do it well and with a smile. I’ve moved in and out of DC and even outside of the DC metro area and overseas during this time and I always come back. That tells you something. :)

This is a splendid medical office, probably the best in DC or anywhere. I've been treated well by them since Dr. Agnes Chang took over the preceding office and greatly modernized and enriched its services. Dr. Chang personally sees me thrice a year, with a high level of skill. I've noticed that much of its clientele are women, who are evidently pleased with everything here. But men like me are also included. And every staff member is highly skilled and bright.
