Had our first time experience with the Chesapeake office. The check-in and check -out receptionist were both polite. The Dr was super helpful and thoroughly explained everything. I just don’t think the nurse was having a good day. Maybe we’ll get a different nurse next time.

I made an appointment with this place 4 months ago for March. They called and left a message saying the doctor wouldn't be in that day and to call back and rebook. I have called 3 times and left messages and Noone calls back. Looking at other reviews, I would consider another place. Good Luck

Absolutely the worst medical type facility I’ve ever been to. I have waited months for my appointment (military/Tricare process) and finally got in for the first time 6 weeks ago. I have been dealing with some sort of rash/severe irritation on my neck and face. Blotchy itchy red skin that looks like I dipped my head in acid sometimes when it’s really flared up. First appointment, Doctor says it’s sun related and tells me I need to use better sunscreen and wear a hat. Follow up appointment a month later. Still have the same issues. Now months of irritation and blotchy red skin, suffering now for months. Same doctor STILL says keep using sunscreen and a hat, and also try some pill from amazon. I think she forgot she’s a doctor. Had a typical cancer skin screening in July, with no phone call as to the results. They did manage to find me and send me the bill, and then I get a phone call two weeks before the end of the year telling me I have skin cancer, and I need to come in. Then I scheduled the appointment, and I’m 10 minutes late, and they would not see me. I will never come back to this place again, they are unprofessional and just plain rude. Previously, I found myself sitting in this office and waiting for upwards of 15 to 20 minutes before I was seen, so it’s OK for them to be late but not OK for you to be late.

I've come to this location for about 6 months. The staff is always nice and the place is very clean. However, I had a very uncomfortable experience on my last visit! The door to the exam suite is always open. Since the place is very small, you can hear the nurses talking. My appointment was on Oct. 31 at 7:30am. I heard a nurse going off on someone. She was telling them not to ever get an attitude with her again. Someone told her to lower her voice, but she said she didn't care. She almost cursed. It was so unprofessional, that I thought it was a customer going off until I saw a nurse with braids walking through the waiting area pissed. Clearly she was going to cool down.
