Elizabeth is the best LMP in the area. I was suffering from stiff neck, shoulder, and back for a long time. After the first session, I felt the difference. Also, I felt that my posture got better as I got massage therapies. After each session, it felt like my muscles go back into the shapes and positions that they were supposed to be. Would highly recommend her!
I could barely move my arms except a little due to overworking with a lot of heavy lifting and my massage sessions here healed me. My back has never felt better and my range of motion is completely fixed. This is the best massage therapist I have ever had and I also learned a bunch of self care tips that I actually use. My work efficiency has gone way up and most importantly I am no longer in chronic pain thanks to Elizabeth Kawakami!
