Integra Urgent Care - Weatherford

The entire staff was so on their 10! *From the gentleman that checked me in , *to the NP that handled my care, and the ladies that assisted with my EKG, chest Xray, and blood work. You all -should be proud. As a RN myself, I was very impressed, great job!! Made me feel comforted, and valued. Not to mention, I felt secure and confident in the care I received, 100%. Keep it up.♥️

Good: I’ve used this place before and sometimes you can have good experiences. Some staff is great and others not so much. I use to go here years ago and had some good experiences the majority wasn’t hence why i haven’t been back in years. Bad: The staff seem to come off as rude, condescending or straight up act like your making up issues iv had my issues with them and only now posting a review after my fiancée’s encounter. Wait time can be long I was a walk in one day when I had e.coli I was having issues with the restroom and waited for 3 hours in the waiting room rushing to the restroom as I waited. My fiancee went to this urgent care today and wanted to be checked out for being sick. The PA-C walked in the room without talking to my fiancee and told her she had bronchitis. She then

Integra is my go to medical providers. Not just for weekends or after hours. They are always so caring and helpful. They make you feel like someone is there for you! Wish they could be my primary care physician.

The doctor was comforting and very nice! However we were in a pinch the day after Christmas so it wasn't our first choice. However they didn't have a baby scale or a rectal thermometer to get an accurate temperature. Although they had a forehead/ ear thermometer both read low which didn't feel accurate since we took his temp before leaving for the urgent care 25~ min prior and he did have a low grade fever. I would just like to see a few upgrades for the younger patients to have the most accurate experience and care.

I was very unhappy with my recent visit. I saw Teresa Martin, PA. She immediately referred me to ER without seeing me then once she saw me said “I didn’t look sick”. She did a very quick exam and did not ask any questions related to complaints. She was very opinionated, rude, and dismissive! She repeatedly stated about a homeopathic lifestyle and how I should watch what I put in my body after I stated I’ve had my gallbladder removed. She dismissed my personal physicians plans for the prescriptions I am on and did not even ask when I last saw my PCP. I believe a medical professional should have some compassion and ask questions to better treat their patient.
