After a fracture in my hand and surgery on the thumb of my right hand, and more than six months of constant recovery from both injuries, I can say that Dr. Radwan is the best at what he does. His charisma and kind way of treating his patients make the whole process calmer and less frightening. Besides being the best at his job, he is also the best at patient care. Thank you for everything, and I recommend him 100%!

After having numerous surgeries at the Hospital for Special Surgery to correct several problems in my hand, elbow and shoulder, I felt I would never be able to use my right arm again. After a year of dealing with severe pain and an inability to use my right arm I reached out to several surgeons who told me I would have to learn to live with my arm as is. That was until I met Dr. Tan. He was the only surgeon to sit with me and listen to me. He said he felt he could help me but that it would necessitate a few surgeries. Dr. Tan saved my arm. Visited the Dr.Tan for an urgent matter on November 28, 2025. I am a medical professional. I was informed that they are out of network and I would have to PAY FOR THE VISIT which I did. Dr. Tan referred me for a EKG which I had completed immediately. They received the result on December 2, 2025. I am writing this on December 11,2025. They have not contacted me regarding the results. When I called they overlooked the result and apologized for the inconvenience. They do not treat patients , THEY TREAT YOU AS A NUMBER!! They make excuses for quality of care , but not an error in the billing system.

Dr. Tan did a great job taking care of my daughter‘s hand this year. His office is pleasant, he takes time to explain, achy, comfortable, and cares. He’s taken care of me, my son, my daughter, and other family members in the past.

My sister had to go here for a mercer infection and it was a very pleasant experience. Her doctor was Dr Seigerman, a great person and not a bad doctor either. My sister recommends him to anyone that is in need of a specialist for anything hand related.
