Inspire Santa Fe Medical Group

Called the front office staff this morning as a new patient… front staff were very kind and got me a same day appointment which I am super grateful for (within the next hour appt!). Very nice office! Doctor Norton was very nice, down to earth and listened to my concerns which other doctors laughed off as impossible. Grateful to find a provider that listens, orders tests and gets right on it! 10/10 highly recommend. Especially in Santa Fe where specialists are extremely hard to get appointed with!

I’ve had great experience with clinical staff and Dr Norton. This office creates policies for their practice that are arbitrary in a manner that compromises access to care. This review is based on many years and f frequenting this practice. The negative issues with administrative staff have progressively gotten worse and now outweigh the clinical care.

I've been see Dr. Norton and her staff for several years and I love the care I'm given. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Norton put me on treatment program that is working because my AS is so much better. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a great experience with Hillary Norton and the staff at Inspire. They were able to schedule me quickly & went above and beyond. Dr Norton had great bedside manner & was thorough when explaining medication and my personal diagnosis. Thank you!

April 1, 2025 I have never written an online review before. I do so now in hopes that this might help someone. I saw Dr. Hillary Norton once and was quite elated to have found her. Unfortunately, as you can read in the letter I wrote to her, things did not end well for me. Not only did she dismiss me, she never reached out to me to let me know if I should keep the appointments or cancel them. Not hearing from her I had to call the office to cancel my appointments because I feared that she would charge me for the missed appointments.
